About Jonathan C. Rutherford

Jonathan began his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1997 with Allstate Home & Property Insurance Company, as an Underwriter for the National Flood Insurance Division. He later worked as a Business Analyst for the NASA Center for Aerospace and Information.

In 2001, he was recruited to work for RE/MAX International as a Regional Management Consultant for RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region. He was soon thereafter, promoted into the role of Regional Franchise Development Consultant, for RE/MAX of Pennsylvania & Delaware Region. He later served as the Vice President of Operations & Corporate Partnerships for RE/MAX Supreme Properties Inc. He has held the distinguished honor of being a panel moderator and speaker at RE/MAX International Conventions and has been featured on HGTV's "Design to Sell" and "Get it Sold!"

Jonathan has extensive knowledge of marketing, and industry trends in our ever changing Real Estate Market, and is interested in becoming Your REALTOR® of Choice.

Jonathan C. Rutherford is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and has been a proud resident of the District of Columbia for over 20 years, and lives in the Brookland community of the Northeast Washington, DC. He is  alumni of Hampton University, Hampton, Va., a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia where he earned Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and is currently working on a MBA at the University of Maryland. In his free time he enjoys fishing, camping, beach time and spending time with his two Doberman Pinchers –Drexel and Lancer.
